Wrong items came. Food was cold too.

The food was cold and soggy. The drinks went everywhere.

I didn’t get exactly what I ordered. I ordered a meatball feast pizza and I got a chicken, pepper and onion one. I also requested the burger have no salad yet it came with it. Why didn’t I say anything? Mr Doner is now 40 minutes away. It would have been double the time to get my food and the last time the food was delivered cold. That said, Mr Doner has become one of my favourite takeaways and it’s only the last two times I have had a problem so I thought leaving feedback might help in the future.

They Sent the wrong order, then when we made a complaint, the owner continuously tried gaslighting us into believing what they had made was right even though what we had in front of us was very clearly wrong. I explained we couldn’t eat what they had sent due to an intolerance but they continued to be rude and unhelpful. Last time we order from them.

Always revive a great service. Estimated delivery time is always bag on.

Food was great as always but not so impressed by delivery. We live in a block of flats and instead of ringing our buzzer for us to come down he rang to say he was outside and I had to go out of building, through the car park and out to the street to pick up food. Never happened before when delivery drivers have always very kindly delivered to door

Very good food fresh and tasty

Usually food is great but it was late and no salad or relish on one of the burgers and the other one the salad was all wilted and brown. The burger bun was hard and stale and burger looked like it had been cooked to with in an inch of its life

My food never arrived

Meal was smaller than that ordered and paid for. Didn't finish pizza as smelled of chlorine

Chips were worst than cardboard! In fact I'd rather chew on my left big toe than eat them and just to make an even bigger point even my dog wouldn't eat them and he eats anything 😂😂only thing he liked was the curry sauce and the kebab is frozen and disgusting could get better from Iceland the burger was tasteless and had to put a load of ketchup just to give it some flavour

My order was a hour late and it was undercooked and missing ingredients that I had to pay for, I’m disgusted in the food and service and want a refund immediately

They accepted my order, then rang to say I lived too far away for delivery and I needed to cancel it to get a refund, there is no way to do this!!

It’ was absolutely discusting was delivered to wrong address then received it it was freezing cold and smashed all over the box then I drank some of my milkshake to witch there was something hard in my mouth took it out it was a meat fly my chicken in my shish kebab was pink I felt sick to my stomach I Would recommend no one ever orders from here you would waste your money discusting food and very unhygienic never would I eat from there again in my life stay well clear

It’s saying delivered but I haven’t received my food

Apart from being 15 minutes later than what was said on the website, the food, as always, was lovely and the driver was very nice.

We collected our order in good time but it wasn’t until we opened it at home that we realised we hadn’t been given the large chips we ordered. Disappointing.

we order a lot from you and usually everything is great. the shish kabab, pizza bread and burger were all great. My Donner Kabab was no good. the meat is usually moist and succulent. On this occasion the meat was dry, crispy and a bit burnt in places. Not what i usually get.
